Hi, I've had 5 children, and some of this info is new to me, especially about keeping naps short. With all of my children, the longer the naps, the better the night. ReplyDeleteMy son wakes up 5 times at night to nurse, when i know he is not hungry. I am so sleep deprived, so is he. I get jaleous when someone says that their 8 months is sleeping through the night. I dont know if i can do the cry it out... I have tried it, but i gave up after 10 minutes.
